For ordering goods, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee based on size and weight based on the shipping costs for third-party delivery services.

Letter up to 0.050 kg: € 0.95
Letter up to 0.5 kg: € 1.55
Letter up to 1.0 kg: € 2.70
Parcel up to 2.0 kg: € 4.50 (up to 60 x 30 x 15 cm)
Parcel up to 5.0 kg: € 7.50 (up to 120 x 60 x 60 cm)
Package up to 10 kg: € 9.50 (up to 120 x 60 x 60 cm)

There are no shipping costs if the goods are picked up at the Serbski muzej / Sorbisches Museum, Ortenburg 3, 02625 Bautzen.

International:

For shipments abroad, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee based on size and weight based on the shipping costs for third-party delivery services. In addition, the customer shall assume any additional taxes and customs duties.
