The art collection of the Sorbian Museum includes 6.900 exhibits at the moment. Some women portraits will be picked out from this huge collection and will be shown in the course of the presentation.

New scientific volunteer and new trainee
My name is Rebecca Wöppel, originally I come from here and passed my A-Levels at the Sorbian Highschool of Bautzen. After school I went to Heidelberg to study History there. Now I came back and just began to work as a volunteer in the Sorbian Museum. I am very happy to be here again.
My name ist Maurice Effenberger and I am 16 years old. I completed my secondary school diploma at the Sorbian High School in Bautzen. Currently I am visiting the vocational school centre in Kamenz, where I will pass my A-Levels in 2020. As a trainee in the Sorbian Museum I am stocking historical photos of famous photographers and other important documents.
